Changing a delivery

You can change the delivery conditions at any time prior to an attempted delivery – easily and flexibly. For example, you can change the recipient or the recipient address, so that your parcel is delivered to a different address (office, neighbour or holiday residence).

Multiple-parcel shipments (MPS)

This service allows you to ship parcels that we pick up from different locations to a single recipient address easily and conveniently.

International shipping

Our parcel service knows no bounds; we will deliver your package in more than 195 countries. Whether domestic or international – we’ll handle your shipping.

Environmental boxes

Send your goods in ecological boxes. These offer additional protection compared to cardboard boxes. The environmental boxes are safely shipped with a seal and identification code. We also scan parcels at all the key transport points, meaning you can track your boxes online at any time.
